We want to reassure you about Elettra's activity in relation to the health situation in Italy linked to Coronavirus (COVID-19). The Ministerial Decree dated 09/03/2020 imposes restrictive measures on the whole of Italy in order to limit the spread of the infection to return to a normal situation in the shortest possible time. The Ministerial Decree will not determine, at least for the moment, the blocking of production activities, work activities, nor the blocking of transport and movement of goods.
In order to protect the health of our Customers, suppliers and employees and in order to contribute to the collective efforts to contain the spread of the coronavirus, our IT technicians have been perfect in terms of speed and preparation of all technological tools and connections needed for smart working: no company function will stop, the organizational and production machine of Elettra will continue to work as in ordinary management, the production departments and shipments remain active and on site with the adoption of restrictive hygiene measures for the supplies of consumables and for the delivery of all existing orders.
We assure you that our staff has been trained on the rules of conduct and prevention of contagion, suggested by the Competent Authorities.
None of our employees show symptoms of the virus and we will continue to guarantee all confirmed and scheduled services.
In this crisis, flexibility has also proven to be a valid opportunity to respond quickly to emergency situations and an opportunity for innovation and Elettra proves to be up to par.
We are confident that with the collaboration of all and scrupulously following the indications of the Competent Authorities we will be able to get out of this difficult circumstance.
